Technical Specification
Infoflow is a Java based enterprise information delivery system. It runs on a variety of systems, including Microsoft Windows XP, Vista & 7, Unix, Linux and Apple Mac OSX.
The base Infoflow product includes the database, a compiler/optimiser, a scheduler, controllers for the adapters and distributors and a portal interface for administration and enquiry.
INFOFLOW HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS AND INTEROPERABILITY
Hardware Requirements
To install Infoflow, you will need a minimum of the following:

Interoperability
- Infoflow can be used on most operating systems supporting the Java(TM) Runtime Environment (JRE 1.5+), and has advanced support for directory integration, security, e-mail and fax facilities.
- Advanced scalability processes allow Infoflow to scale both in-server and out-of-server across any mix of operating systems, utilising timed availability of those servers.
- Infoflow integrates with your existing IIS, Apache or other web servers, or can be utilised standalone through Apache Tomcat.
- Careful database design utilising a full open systems approach ensures that Infoflow may be used with either its own full ANSI SQL internal database, or with any database required that has native, ODBC or JDBC capable drivers.
- Access to the web management and portal applications is through your preferred browser with compatible support for Internet Explorer 5 and above, and most variants of Mozilla/Netscape.
